We recently updated our software to improve our color accuracy. Here are some pics in our lab comparing Xiaomi’s newest 4K projector against the VAVA. Xiaomi on the left, VAVA on the right. The VAVA 4K projector has slightly higher lumens and a more advanced color wheel.

Here are the VAVA specs you should care about:

  • Harman Kardon tuned 30W speakers
  • Laser projection technology (ALDP 3.0)
  • 32db sound level
  • 25,000 lamp life hours
  • Android 7.1 (not Android TV)
  • Ports 3 HDMI(1 ARC), 1 A/V port, 1 optical, 1 headphone out, 1 Ethernet
  • Mobile casting via Android app
